Lucas D. Taylor is President of Astrana Health's Southwest Division, overseeing operations in Nevada, Arizona, and California. Here, he is focused on building foundations for profitable growth and sustainable products that serve both providers and patients in advancing the mission of healthy communities.
With extensive experience across payers, providers, and Independent Physician Associations, Mr. Taylor has been instrumental in guiding healthcare organizations toward patient-centered care. Prior to joining Astrana Health, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Upperline Health, the nation's largest specialty-focused Accountable Care Organization (ACO). He also played a pivotal role at Alignment Healthcare, leading the company from startup to a leading Medicare Advantage company and its 2021 IPO.
Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego, and was the top award winner in the University of Notre Dame's MBA program.
